As listed above I am current on v0.9.7 MySQL version.  I am interested in upgrading all the way to the current Pro version.  Is there a way to do this all at once, or must I upgrade to each version up to the latest?

You have to upgrade iRedMail from 0.9.7 to 0.9.8 first, then 0.9.9, then 1.0.

Oh... What about the iRedAdmin?  Do each of the updates 9.0 - 9.9 need to be applied in order as well?

For iRedAdmin or iRedAdmin-Pro, you can upgrade from old release to the latest one AFTER you have iRedMail upgraded to the latest release.
