Topic: sending to mailing list

i had a mailman setup for managing mailing list. But all  email sent to any list could not reach inbox of intended recipient. Is there some sort of blocking because those list are not part of ldap user and it could be blocked?

if so, how do i unblock such emails?

Any related log? How did you setup your mailman?

P.S. We don't support mailman officially, so you have to solve it yourself.
