I am going to update clamav by downloading update file. in which path should I copy that file?

I download daily.cvd, while do not have daily.cvd in that path. should it be daily.cld?

Setup a vm which has internet access and run “freshclam” manually, then copy these files to your offline server.

I downloaded daily.cvd file from http://database.clamav.net/daily.cvd and copied to a server in which a IIS is running and daily.cvd can be downloaded(web server Ip Address:192.168.110.110). I can download daily.cvd from browser(firefox) in my Iredmail Server while the error message is remained after running freshclam as you can see here:
