Topic: outlook on mac auto creates default folders repeatedly

hi

i am facing this specific problem

two my customers who use outlook on mac are getting multiple default folders in imap getting created automatically

.Sent Messages
.Sent Messages 1
.Sent Messages 1 1
.Sent Messages 1 1 1
.Sent Messages 1 1 1 1
.Sent Messages 1 1 1 1 1
.Sent Messages 1 1 1 1 1 1

similarly inbox and drafts etc

on searching i found this post but no solution is mentioned

this got resolved after the user recreated the accounts in outlook in his mac.
