Topic: Error: {'desc': 'Insufficient access'}

Hi,

While adding a new users I get Error: {'info': 'no write access to parent', 'desc': 'Insufficient access'} error. Also if I change any users already available I am getting the error Error: {'desc': 'Insufficient access'}

Please help

Which version of iRedAdmin-Pro do you use?

Did you change OpenLDAP ACL settings in /etc/openldap/slapd.conf? or any other changes in OpenLDAP?
Also, do you have correct bind dn and password in iRedAdmin-Pro config file settings.ini? It should be "cn=vmailadmin,dc=xxx,dc=xxx" by default.

My error wrong bind dn & password in setting.ini....

Now I am not able to view throttle page. I am getting a error
<class '_mysql_exceptions.ProgrammingError'> at /profile/user/throttle/manoj.philip@pipalresearch.com
(1146, "Table 'policyd.throttle' doesn't exist")

Also I have created a database name policyd, but the database is empty. can I get the dummy table structure for that.

dowwnloaded  policyd from sourceforge and created database.
