Topic: internal server error

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
MySQL version with MariaDB installed
Web Server: NGINX
IredAdmin Pro
Error: internal server error

When clicking on a domain users (to manage users) with more than 2 users, I get a blank screen with "internal server error".  I was getting this with the previous version I had (4.1.2) and upgraded to 4.2 to fix it, and the problem still exists.

If I click on a domain with 1 or 2 users, it works fine. 

Any ideas?

Ok, if I go directly to a list of email addresses starting with a particular character it also works.
e.g. https://ms.bario.com/iredadmin/users/ba … rts_with=T
even with 3 accounts (I added a new one which also works)
So something in the existing accounts files is causing this?

Since the response from the forum has been overwhelming , I rolled back to 4.1.2 (same problem).  I then rolled back to 3.0. This allows me to view the users as normal.  So something changed in 4.1.2 onwards (possibly before 4.1.2 but after 3.0 as I can only find version 3.0 to reinstall)

So can I get a link to version 3.9 and 3.8 so I can reinstall them to see when the problem manifests itself?

- Did you upgrade iRedMail to the latest 1.1?
- Any related error of iRedAdmin-Pro in /var/log/syslog or other log files under /var/log?
