Topic: Authentication failed on Outlook Mac User

Hi,
I'm having an issue to my mac users that uses Outlook. After a fresh install of the latest version. Mac users having an error "Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods."
In the maillog this what i see.
Mar 27 15:13:16 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[29274]: SSL_accept error from unknown[x.x.x.x]: lost connection
Mar 27 15:13:16 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[29274]: lost connection after STARTTLS from unknown[x.x.x.x]
They use port 587 on their outgoing. What's the solution for this?
