i hope you are all fine

i had faced this problem many times, that the email main page and iredadmin page didn't worked from home, it gave me that :

This site can’t be reached email.gov.ps took too long to respond.

but when i open it at the same time from the work pc it works properly and sending + receiving message normally, and also if i use proxy website it opens also.

so whats the error in this case ?

and after 10 minutes or 15 minutes it opens normally.
for example today it happened twice.

note that fail2ban is inactive and other websites work normally like you tube, Facebook, etc.

Hello mqanadelo,

as you describe it, it is clearly not a problem of the webserver but of your privat PC. Also it seems to be something network related.

Do you have the same issues with another browser at the same time?
Also can you check what outcome you get with following command , while you have issues?

nslookup email.gov.ps

it is when  using mobile 3g too ,and also other clients faced that problem too but not all of them , it happened and fixed after 10 or 15 minuets without me resolving a thing.

other browser has the same problem , other websites work normally.

have you looked through the log files to see if there were any errors?

i already stopped it along time ago.

i think there is something making blocks for ips automatically, because most of clients can reach it normally.
