iRedMail (1.[01]) do not install fail2ban by default on FreeBSD.
The documentation on updating from iRedMail 1.1 -> 1.2 suggests a migration of fail2ban from config to database.
I started doing the migration up to the point something at the back of my mind told me that fail2ban was not installed/available.
The suggestion would be to amend the documentation to indicate in which OSes the suggestion is applicable.
Thanks,
PS: I hope I got all the facts correct.
