Hello

I am not 100% sure how throttling works on iRedMail
Would the attached settings allow 50 emails to be sent per hour from one mail box?
And what happens when the throttle number is hit?
(max message size of 75mb)

Yes.
If user sent more than 50 messages in one hour, OR any message exceeds 75MB, the message will be rejected.
