Hello I 've just bought an iredmail with iRedAdminPro

I have some issues about webmail and account's password wide as following
i use Roundcube for webmail. 

1-) I want to increase upload file limit for while sending a mail.

I can't see this setting in iRedAdminPro?

2-) I want to change number of character size of password and want to change the part of "Password must contain" for an account while changing password

Could you help about that?
