Strange issue here

At least one account that uses the roundcube interface has a hard time forwarding emails. They click on the email in the left pane and the mail is legible in the right pane. When he clicks the forward button at the top left of the screen, where the icon buttons are that say Reply, Reply All, Forward, Delete, Mark, sometimes the email shows up in the reading pane, sometimes it doesn't. If the mail does not show up and he clicks Send, it will give a message like "do you want to send this email with no text". However, if he opens the same email and clicks the forward button on the top right, where there are no text labels to identify the buttons, it will work properly.

He is using the Larry view, by FLINT, if that matters. How can I fix this?

Thanks,

Michael

Are there any errors coming up in the following logs, specifically around the time the issue is observed?
/var/log/php-fpm/php-fpm.log
/var/log/php-fpm/slow.log?
/var/log/nginx/access.log
/var/log/nginx/error.log

Sound like a Roundcube issue. Which Roundcube release are you running?
