Good day!

I ask you to help me since I alone can not solve this problem.
Our Managers work with the CRM system (www.amocrm.com)

I’ll tell you how it works, we enter the CRM system through a browser and there we connect our electronic mailboxes, specify ports and passwords and it is synced and from there writing and receiving letters.

Everything worked well for such a tie for about a year, and on June 1, 2020 it changed, we can not send letters through the CRM system.

He writes this error in the logs:
Jun 30 12:35:12 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[17763]: connect from mailworkers.009.serversru.prods.amocrm.ru[88.212.249.26]
Jun 30 12:35:13 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[17763]: SSL_accept error from mailworkers.009.serversru.prods.amocrm.ru[88.212.249.26]: 0
Jun 30 12:35:13 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[17763]: warning: TLS library problem: 17763:error:14094415:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert certificate expired:s3_pkt.c:1493:SSL alert number 45:
Jun 30 12:35:13 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[17763]: lost connection after STARTTLS from mailworkers.009.serversru.prods.amocrm.ru[88.212.249.26]
Jun 30 12:35:13 mail postfix/submission/smtpd[17763]: disconnect from mailworkers.009.serversru.prods.amocrm.ru[88.212.249.26]

CRM support saying that the problem is on the side of the mail server.

Please help.

P.S. But if you write letters through iRedmail, then everything goes fine and the letters come - everything works.

- Is your ssl cert expired?
- Or your CRM doesn't support TLS anymore?

Which network port and secure connection (SSL or TLS) does your CRM use?

Sorry that I was silent for so long, I got a little sick.

CRM uses 993 SSL and 587 STARTTLS

Such parameters are in the system settings and in the mail program for receiving mail.

No idea. You'd better contact your CRM vendor to get support.
