iRedMail doesn't use this "tls_server_sni_maps" parameter by default. MAYBE it causes this issue.
What's the content in /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map?

The related file store the location of .pem of private key and fullchain certificates of the subdomains mail or webmail that are stored in the server. By example:
mail.radicalgamesa.com /etc/letsencrypt/live/radicalgamesa.com/privkey.pem /etc/letsencrypt/live/radicalgamesa.com/fullchain.pem

Re: Issue with delay in messages to hotmail or outlook servers

Seems some file specified in /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map have some trouble and caused the error. Please double check.

Hello,

We checked the files associated but the files exists. Is there any similar case or something else to check? Or maybe is something else?

Thanks
