iRedMail doesn't use this "tls_server_sni_maps" parameter by default. MAYBE it causes this issue.
What's the content in /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map?

Seems some file specified in /etc/postfix/vmail_ssl.map have some trouble and caused the error. Please double check.
