Topic: Proposal for default nginx configuration: Enable http2

iRedMail new install 1.3.1 on supported nginx installations:

I'd propose to enable http2 in

/etc/nginx/sites-available/00-default-ssl.conf

listen 443 http2 ssl;

This will enable support for that new protocol with compatible browsers like google chrome.
