Topic: Disclaimer in HTML format for all outgoing Mails

hello there,

hope you are doing fine, kindly can you help me on how to add disclaimer in html format for outgoing Mails,

first, i followed the steps in the documentation to enable disclaimer signing for outgoing mails in
:https://docs.iredmail.org/sign.disclaimer.html, and it works fine with txt disclaimer

then, I created disclaimer with html format on /etc/postfix/disclaimer/default.html with proper HTML content, and i need to figure out how to make this work, unfortunately my mails are shown on plain text as in the screenshot.

Did you send the email in plain text format or HTML?

Hi,

thank you for your prompt feedback, i sent the mail from outlook & from roundcube webmail, so iam not sur weither it was sent in html or plain text format.
