It's safe to upgrade from v4 to v5, no SQL structure change required. Just update the version number in your yum/apt mirror site URL, then upgrade SOGo packages.

Note: SOGo nightly build packages are NOT always stable, so although it's safe to upgrade from v4 to v5, but a nightly build may still break SOGo service. sad
