I have successfully configured my iredmail system to relay outgoing emails using Sendgrid. It works fine. However, I want to use my local SMTP server to deliver emails sent to one specific domain (addresses@domain.com) and relay all others using Sendgrid.

How to do that?

Try to configure per-domain transport/relay. FYI:
