Hi!

Strange situation: we use the WHMCS module to let our customers automatically create users/buy mail accounts. This works flawless except for the fact that there seems to be an issue with the virtual users.
The accounts created in this way, can perfectly login to the webmail (Sogo or roundcube) but when sending mail , the same postfix error always show:

Sender address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

They can also not receive mail, the sender gets a mail back from the mail systen that the user does not exist.

When creating the same users via IRedMail Admin pro, with the same information, everything works perfectly. I've tried to compare the records in MySQL but cannot find any difference in data between the 2 methods of creating the users.

I know that the WHMCS module directly modifes the database, without using the REST api's provided by Admin Pro. All the directies do get created for the mail storage etc.
Do we need to run a certain script to sync something?
