Topic: Forwarding not working

- iRedMail version 1.3.2 MARIADB edition
- Deployed with downloadable installer
- Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
- Store mail accounts in : MySQL (mariadb)
- Web server: Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro: yes

When adding an email address to the "forwarding" section, the forwarded email never arrives (both local and external email addresses fail to work).  Nothing in the logs seems to indicate it's even trying.  I saw an old post about this and it was resolved eventually with "it just started working."  So, that wasn't helpful, but maybe it means it's not always consistent.

I did query the database for information, and the forwarding rules appear to be there.

What log should I be checking?

Re: Forwarding not working

If SQL db has correct records for mail forwarding addresses, then you need to check Postfix log file.
Try to send some testing email(s) and check Postfix log file carefully.
