Topic: Anyone running successfully with 2GB RAM?

==== REQUIRED BASIC INFO OF YOUR IREDMAIL SERVER ====
- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 1.3.2 PGSQL edition.
- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer?: downloaded
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: CentOS 8.3 x64
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): PGSQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? NO
====

Just starting with iRedMail. Downloaded, installed, and running ok.

Created 2GB droplet on Digital Ocean--system bogged down and became unresponsive (clamd and amavisd being the major memory hogs).

I'd prefer to pay $10/mo for 2GB rather than $20/mo for 4GB.

Just wondering if it's doable running in 2GB with my config / OS?

Better go 4GB RAM. ClamAV requires a lot RAM. sad
if you still want to give it a try, follow this tutorial and set the concurrently processed email to 1:
