Hello,

I have already installed iRedMail without any particular difficulty.
Since a few days I have installed on a new (virtual) server and restored on it the backup made on a physical server.
I recover well all the users/emails/rules etc...

With this new server I can send mails without difficulty.
But I don't receive mails from everyone.
Hotmail, Gmail I receive. But from other services I don't receive.

Is this a known problem?
Do you have any research leads?

Thank you very much,

Jean Philippe Boulanger

Is port 25 blocked by your ISP?

The port on my box (ISP) is open but it doesn't work. But if I put in DMZ it works.
Probably a new version of the box!

Is there an important risk, to leave the VM in DMZ ?

Thanks a lot.

Re: Problem of mail reception

It's ok to stay in DMZ if port 25 is accessible.
