Hi,
I found that iredmail does not send more than 5 e-mail per secondby by monitoring sent e-mailIs in iredadmin-pro. Is there any solution to send more than 5 per second? Is there any limit in postfix or amavis configuration? how can I tune it for bulk mail sending?
I do not get any err but too many e-mails is queued (for example 20-30% of emails which is approximately 4000 per hour )

Leave it alone, it's just a spam.

Back to your question, is this document helpful ? (I haven't tried it)

Hi ,
Is there any max rate for this parameter? Now, it is set to 16, If I raise it to 32 ,number of sent e-mails/per second would be increased twice? Is there any relation between this settings and resource? for example I should add twice memory if I set it to 32?

It's ok to set it to same as the memory size. e.g. 16GB memory => 16 concurrent messages.
What you need might be disabling spam/virus scanning for outbound messages, this will speed it up few times ...
