Hi, I have an installed iRedMail on virtual machine with Debian 9.8.0 which is run on VMware ESXi server.

My question is: when I add domains (and users for it) on my iRedMail server through iRedAdmin (and specifying the mail quota values for each user through the iRedAdmin) will it affect the actual size of my virtual machine?

For example, if I create a domain, add about ten users to it, whose total mail quota will be 5 GB, will the size of my virual machine increase by 5 GB?

Thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question)

Re: iRedMail server size

Setting the quota doesn't reserve any disk space. Only the actual emails will decrease available disk space.
