I don’t think you can do this.
When an email is sent, it is no longer under your control. Whether it enters the inbox, the trash can, or is directly discarded depends only on the other party’s mail server. Similarly, you cannot ask them to delete the email to achieve a function similar to recallback.

I know that some mail service providers provide a recallback function, but usually that only applies to mail sent to the same server, and they also can't do anything about mails sent to other servers.
