Hi, I have a situation. Many of our clients tell me that the emails they send us after approximately 2 hours return the following message:

Reporting-MTA: dns; mail.bancodeoccidente.com.co

Final-recipient: RFC822; development2@fasttrack.com.co
Action: failed
Status: 5.4.7
X-Supplementary-Info: <# 5.4.7 smtp; 554 5.4.7 [internal] exceeded max time
  without delivery>

Please your help to verify if the problem is ours or not.

- Is this bounce message sent by your iRedMail server, or the sender's mail server?
- Did you find any error related to this email in Postfix log file?
