What is adminer and how Iredmail use adminer? Can I use it for managing content in MySQL databases? how is accessible to use?

Adminer is a web based DB management software similar toPhpMyAdmin. You can find more information here: https://www.adminer.org/

So yes, you can manage the content withing MySQL with it.
