I have iRedmail v 0.9.7. I missed the option and don't want to have to re-install to get Sogo Functionality.
It skips everything as it should until it gets to sogo configs and it gives me this:
https://packages.inverse.ca/SOGo/nightl … epomd.xml: [Errno 14] HTTPS Error 404 - Not Found

There's no SOGo v3 anymore, please use v5 instead.

I update SOGo repo, and used command bash iRedMail.sh.

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Backup clamav/freshclam config files, remove the packages then reinstall, restore config files.
