I have an up and running email server and I need to add SOGO. How is that accomplished?

You can install sogo packages manually and update its config file.
FYI: https://docs.iredmail.org/sogo-centos-6-mysql.html (it's for CentOS 6, but the procedure is almost same, and you have to use SOGo v5)

If you still have the iRedMail(-1.3.2) installer, you can add "export USE_SOGO=YES" in "iRedMail-1.3.2/config", then re-run the iRedMail installer to install it.
