When trying to send message to a specific domain receiving this alert:

May 26 05:41:08 <MY_MAIL_SERVER> postfix/smtp[28766]: 4Fqmjn1Qm5z9xrCX: to=<EMAIL@THEIRDOMAIN.COM>, relay=<THEIRDOMAIN.COM>.hosted_service.com[Obfufscated IP address]:25, delay=2263, delays=2263/0.01/0.24/0, dsn=4.4.2, status=deferred (lost connection with <THEIRDOMAIN.COM>.hosted_service.com[Obfufscated IP address] while performing the HELO handshake)

Not sure how to troubleshoot?

Probably a temporary network issue, or recipient server configuration problem, or recipient server blacklists your server in some way.
