how can iI get the time that an email has removed from mail server ? I want to know when the client has opened the outlook and requested to receive email from mail server? Is there any log in maillog file?

Yes, and a messages file, and/or a syslog file.

It's logged by Dovecot in /var/log/dovecot/*.log, mostly "imap.log" and "pop3.log", but also some in lda.log.
