Hi, I have not yet enabled firewalld service in iredmail(Centos7.6+Mysqlsql). Therefore fail2ban have not been working since I installed iredmail.
I decided to disable firewald (delete all rules) and install iptables instead. Should I add rules for fail2ban to work correctly?

fail2ban + firewalld should work fine since firewalld relies on iptables too.

hi, definitely fail2ban + firewalld work fine ,but manager decided to disable firewalld. I want to disable firewalld and all clear all the rules , then install iptables and confure again. so I need iredmail configuration for fail2ban and iptables. Does iptable work fine with fail2ban

No changes required to iRedMail fail2ban config.
