Is this something that you added to cron.daily? I ask because I do not see this entry on my install.

No I cheched on crontab and there is nothing related

I don't have this file on my local machine.
What's the full content of this file? Did you upgrade this Ubuntu box from an old Ubuntu release and this file was installed by old Ubuntu?
