Topic: iRedMail-1.4.1 has been released

iRedMail-1.4.1 has been released.

Here's major changes since iRedMail-1.4.0.

Supports new distribution releases
  • Debian 11 (bullseye)

  • FreeBSD 13.0

CentOS Stream 8, Rocky Linux 8 are supported since iRedMail-1.4.0.

Improvements
  • Introduce new LDAP attribute/value pairs and SQL columns used to enable or disable per-user SOGo webmail, calendar and activesync services.

  • Add some ban rules in Amavisd:

    • ALLOW_MS_OFFICE: Allow all Microsoft Office documents.

    • ALLOW_MS_WORD: Allow Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx).

    • ALLOW_MS_EXCEL: Allow Microsoft Excel documents (.xls, .xlsx).

    • ALLOW_MS_PPT: Allow Microsoft PowerPoint documents (.ppt, .pptx).

## Fixed issues

  • Bypass more SendGrid HELO hostnames. Thanks to Jim Nelin for the feedback.

## Updated packages

  • netdata -> 1.31.0

  • mlmmjadmin -> 3.1.2

  • iRedAPD -> 5.0.3

  • iRedAdmin -> 1.5

Introduce all-in-one Dockerized iRedMail

We have built an all-in-one Dockerized iRedMail, get it here:
https://hub.docker.com/r/iredmail/mariadb

  • Only MariaDB backend is available right now.

  • Based on Ubuntu Linux (20.04) docker image, all components in one container.

  • SOGo groupware is not yet included.

It's not considered as production ready, please don't run it on production
server now. Feedback, suggestions are all welcome. smile
