Hi all,

I am getting files attached damage in my iredmail accounts. Excel and word arrives but when open the file it is with unreadable state.

We use MSOutlook 2016 for all accounts

The last thing I do, was update all server with the yum command.

Can you open the email / attachment with another mail client application? For example, webmail.

I have found solution, that helps me. We have same issue with our mail server and active sync clients (via outlook).

Just change encoding settings in Outlook to UTF-8 in all client's PCs, and attachments will never be blank or damaged any more, and size will be same. It helps me, I think you can try it to!

I trying to find the solution from server-side, but I dont know, how to resolve this problem that way.
