Topic: SQL export to EML format

This question is general to all iredmail versions

How can we export the mails stored in /vmail in SQL format to EML format in another local email client like Outlook or Thunderbird

Sudhanshu,

I’m not sure what ‘SQL format’ is.
If this is a single user, create a new account on Outlook and let it reload all the stored emails.  You can export from there via Outlook.  In terms of a batch converter, I believe that files in /vmail are in maildir format.  Google maildir to eml.
