i every body

i have a trouble when i try to relay mail using phpmailer, if try to send mail from mailer from a diferent pc from de mail server i can send mails to domains inside to server but i reject me if mail its extern

i must add to posfix config smtpd_relay_restrictions = ?? like smtpd_recipient_restrictions =??
