Server is deferring mail after unsuccessful attempt to make it a relay for our another mail server. After adjusting @inet-acl in the amavis' configs (with restarting amavisd-new, of course) postfix@- and amavis are reporting a certain problem listed in attachments.
Reports are: mail_err - a fresh part of maillog, maviss - a part of syslog containing the issue.

i have installed iredmail in Ubuntu 20, after successful install its not sending and receiving self mail also

Did you try to check the postfix log files to see any errors ?

Seems you have incorrect Postfix and Amavisd configuration.
