Topic: transfer mail

I like to transfer my emal from old iRedmail server to new iRedmail server.
Problem is because I need to make a backup of mails from old iredmail server because after that I will delete that server install new OS and new iRedmail.
So how to transfer the easiest way all my emails?

You can use "rsync".
