I want to purchase Iredmail with lifetime warranty, support, fix bugs and upgrade.

Sorry, are you talking about iRedMail or web-based admin panel - iRedAdmin-Pro?

For iRedAdmin-Pro, if you need "lifetime warranty, support, fix bugs and upgrade", you should choose permanent upgrade license. it's now $399.
