Is it possible to make iRedMail work with Dovecot TREES plugin?

If i understand correctly, you mean this "TREES" plugin? https://0xacab.org/liberate/trees
Last commit was 4 years ago, looks like it's not maintained anymore.
Since Dovecot is very actively developed, i GUESS this plugin doesn't work with the latest Dovecot at all.

I tested the plugin and it seems that it works with latest Dovecot. It's simple and it works so no reason to update it I guess. But you can also consider adding support for mail-crypt plugin which is developed by the Dovecot team. Encryption is a nice feature to have.
