Subject: "Cron <root@mx> python2 /opt/iredapd/tools/cleanup_db.py >/dev/null"

Seems it's generated by cron job.

Re: root@mydomain.com in mail log file what is this?

Am I supposed to read an email generated by this job?
I have no email address on my system root@mydomain.com

If a cron job generates some output, then it will be sent to system user via email.

dcihon wrote:

It sends to "root@<server-hostname>" IF you don't specify a recipient address in cronjob.

I have never modified the cron jobs.
Is there instructions for how to do that?
