Hi Guys,

After interacting with the telegram group, im hereby opening a support topic for my issue facing with iRedMail fresh installation on Namecheap VPS.

i have setup iRedmail twice from yesterday but the issue remains same. Im not able to send or reply to incoming emails. I can receive emails but not able to send or reply back. It bounces with error message. I have tried sending to multiple domains, but still bounces back. The error message is pasted below this:

Seems you switched to another mail server solution. Do you still have such issue?

Hi Zhang, thanks for your reply. Yes, i switched to a different mail server provider and then that had the same problem. Them escalated to the vps support team. They said that i will be able to send email after 24 hours. Will wait and test it.

Once fine, will be back to iRedMail

Hi Zhang,

Back again.

hosted iredmail on this domain Pandacloud.space

VPS from Interserver where they said all ports are opened

when i send email, it says it is sent successfully but the recepient doesnt receive the email. There is no bounce messages appearing. But when i send email from my gmail to iredmail domain, it receives.

Internal emails within iredmail setup is working fine

Please let me know what could be the issue or do you need access to a dummy account to test

Any related error in Postfix log file (/var/log/maillog)?
