How much vram do you have?

Re: warning: connect to 127.0.0.1:7777: Connection timed out

is your server a VPS running on a shared VM (e.g. KVM/Qemu/...) host? It's a known issue that if CPU is very busy, iRedAPD (Python) may not have enough time to handle the request in a short time, hence Postfix reports similar error/warning messages.

Also, as @Cthulhu asked, "How much vram do you have?"

This is a dedicated VPS with 8GB RAM and a AMD E3 processor, anyway, after restarting iredapd service, y stopped receiving ...:7777 message.

Thanks a lot.
