My mail server stopped sending report such as “Logwatch for”, “Cron for * Backup all users' data under...”, “Cron for * Starting backup…” to my root@ mail.

Try look at your postmaster mailbox.

I did, nothing there.
That's where emails were coming to.

yes, it is: 
     Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/cron.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)

Try to shorten the cron job to every minute, then watch log files like /var/log/syslog and /var/log/maillog to check whether there's any related error.
