Topic: Reject messages with multiple addresses in "To" field

I receive a lot of spam with a lot of addresses (several hundreds) in "To" field. Is possible to write a rule for Postfix header_checks to reject all messages if "To" field has not only my address? I'm weak in writing these regex rules.

Try to match multiple "@" in To: / Cc: field.
