Topic: SMTP ERROR while sending email

SMTP Error (451): Failed to add recipient "aamralkar@zarca.com" (4.3.5 Server configuration problem)

Getting this error while sending email from RoundCube what could be the problem.

I am on Debina 6 and iredmail 7

Please check postfix maillog first. If you are not sure what it means, paste here so that others can help troubleshoot.
