I have 3 IPv4 and 3 IPv6 on my system, how can i force postfix to only use one specific IPv6/IPv4 for outgoing mails?

In the past, everything was fine, but now i got reports with SPF Softfails due to sending from an IP which wasn't designated

Re: Help with multiple IP

Hi @Cthulhu,

Did you try smtp_bind_address to allow smtp on specific address?
https://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html … nd_address

Another solution is set per-domain relay for outbound. In iRedAdmin-Pro, it's configurable in domain profile page (tab "Relay"). You own an iRedAdmin-Pro license right? If not, contact me and i will give you one for free as a big "THANK YOU" for helping in this forum. big_smile

Re: Help with multiple IP

Wow, well i dun have a licence since i am doing it as an hobby and started to develop an own portal with integration for webftp, mailbox management, DNS, and a lot more, but i would gratefully accept your offer!

I'll reach out to you on next year since i am currently very busy and wouldn't have time to implement it due to semi-heavy modifications to the configuration (like removing mailing lists, etc.)

I would need to set it up on a new system and then migrate my own changes to get both working smile
