Topic: Installed iRedMail, but can't get smtp working on windows mail program

- Deployed with iRedMail Easy or the downloadable installer? I used the downloadable installer
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 20.04.5
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MariaDB
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? iRedAdmin
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.

Hi, I installed iRedMail with the downloadable installer and tested sending and receiving email by the SOGo, also tested it on the android Gmail app,
But I can't get it working on the windows mail program, it receives emails, but not sending emails at all


I tried all different types of configurations, but still no luck

1) Please follow our instruction to configure MUA: https://docs.iredmail.org/#mua
2) Check Postfix log file while trying to send email, to figure out why it failed.

Hi

It's fine now, after about 48 hours, it started working
Seems it was related to DNS records
