1. How can I configure postfix to receive from an IP and relay the email  without an user and password?

2. Can I have TLS connection between user's IP and postfix ?

Search 'mynetworks' in this forum.

2. Can I have TLS connection between user's IP and postfix ?

It's enabled by default.
